I’m a huge fan of Urban Decay products but had never really thought about using the eyeshadow primer before. Too busy buying other things and just sort of accepted that by mid-morning, my eyeshadow was either going to be gone completely or I’d have eyeshadow creases. Messy, messy. I received a sample of Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Tube – Original and decided to give it a chance to see if it truly made a difference.
I applied the primer, let it dry and then carried on with my eye make-up routine as normal. I immediately noticed I needed less layers of shadow to achieve the coverage/shade I wanted. When mid-morning hit I took my normal break, checked my makeup and was pleasantly please to find it looking fresh and just applied, no eyshadow creases. Went about my day and didn’t get another chance to really look again until I was headed home. I was thrilled to see it was still holding up well, hadn’t disappeared and nope, no eyeshadow creases. I continued using the sample until it ran out and by then I was hooked! So off I went to buy a full size of the product and of course came home with not only Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Tube – Original but also Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Tube – Minor Sin
. I liked the Original version but I love Minor Sin, it works so well with all my shadows and seems to give them an extra bit of brightness while still preventing eyeshadow creases. Like armor. These are now a staple in my makeup bag to keep my eye makeup fresh.
