I received Dermaglow DermaDNA Advanced Repair Serum free of charge from BeautyEncounter.com in exchange for an honest product review. I’ve purchased quite a bit of good stuff from them.
Dermaglow is a Canadian company. The Dermaglow DermaDNA Advanced Repair Serum claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, the look of age spots and to boost skin firmness and elasticity by increasing the rate of restoration of high level skin cell DNA damage. The directions suggest applying 2x a day on clean skin then follow with an SPF moisturizer.
I usually like to use skin care product for 3-4 weeks minimum before reviewing. I only gave this product a week because I cannot stand the scent. All I smell with this product is vinegar. Also find it very heavy and greasy, almost waxy. Did my skin appear a bit firmer after applying, yes but there are other products I receive the same benefit from that smell better and go on much lighter. Even waiting 30 minutes after application my makeup would not set properly. By the end of the day my face was extremely shiny which is normally never a problem for me.
I am not familiar with Dermaglow products and tried to do some research while using this serum but couldn’t really find any information online. I did find fantastic reviews of some other Dermaglow lines but not this particular one. To sum up I would not recommend this product.
